Nicole Restua BSN, RN
Meet Nicole, a dedicated and compassionate nurse whose journey in healthcare began with academic excellence, graduating magna cum laude from Seton Hall University. With over a decade of experience in nursing, Nicole has honed her skills across diverse settings, specializing in high-acuity medical-surgical care, emergency room/trauma, and care management.
Throughout her career, Nicole has been recognized for her unwavering commitment to patient care and clinical expertise. Her experience in fast-paced environments like the emergency room has equipped her with the ability to thrive under pressure while delivering compassionate care to those in need.
Driven by a passion for helping others look and feel their best, in 2019, Nicole has transitioned her focus to aesthetic nursing. Drawing on her extensive nursing background, she approaches each patient interaction with empathy, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving natural, beautiful results.
As an aesthetic nurse, Nicole combines her clinical knowledge with a keen aesthetic sense to provide personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique goals and needs.
With a warm and caring demeanor, she guides her patients through their aesthetic journey, empowering them to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Dr. Richard Gajdowski
Dr. Richard Gajdowski is an accomplished clinician, health system administrator, and seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience spanning front-line clinical work, teaching, and senior administrative roles. With a background that includes serving as a Senior Medical Director, CEO of a medical consultant group, and Market Medical Director, Dr. Gajdowski has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen.
Board-certified in Emergency Medicine and residency-trained, Dr Gajdowski brings a wealth of medical expertise to their role. Their formal education extends beyond medicine, holding degrees in both Medicine and Law, as well as a Master of Public Health and a Master of Business Administration.
Combining his extensive medical knowledge with a sharp eye for aesthetics, Dr. Gajdowski now serves as the Medical Director at Superior Self Aesthetics and Wellness. Drawing on years of experience in emergency rooms, he excels at making critical decisions with precision and compassion. Dr. Gajdowski is dedicated to delivering personalized care and innovative treatments, ensuring every patient achieves their desired aesthetic goals while prioritizing safety and excellence.
